In line with GROW’s accessibility values, we will:

1. Cover transport costs for those who need it

2. Adopt a casual dress code (please wear whatever you feel comfortable in!)

3. Live-stream the event if you find it easier to attend from home. There is no need to sign up if you’re joining virtually!

You may start to book travel and request pre-approval for the event.Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed by GROW. However, we would like to remind you that the following guidelines must be adhered to for your reimbursement to be approved and processed:

1. When booking your travel, please ensure you retain copies of all travel tickets and receipts, as these will be necessary for the reimbursement process;

2. You must attend the event to receive a reimbursement of your travel expenses. Attendance will be taken when you sign into the event;

3. Your journey must only utilise public transport - no taxis, Uber or Bolt will be covered. Accommodation is not a reimbursable expense;

4. Your journey must be standard class, via the most direct and the most cost-efficient route possible. Only reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed (to be assessed at the sole discretion of GROW Mentoring); and

5. You may only claim travel expenses for yourself. GROW will not reimburse travel expenses for anyone who accompanied your journey, but did not attend the event.

For the Next Gen Summit, we only provide travel reimbursement for attendees travelling from beyond London Zone 6 up to a maximum of £60. If your travel costs are liable to exceed £60, please contact alex@growmentoring.org to request pre-approval.
